Peter Park has applied his extensive engineering and business background to practicing U.S. patent law in the electrical and mechanical engineering field. He prosecutes U.S. patent applications in the field of semiconductors, microprocessors, 4G LTE and 5G telecommunication and ATSC broadcasting standards, signal processing, precision machinery, and aerospace/defense technologies. Peter Park has also represented large multinational companies as plaintiff or defendant in many patent infringement litigations in the federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the federal circuit courts. He had worked as engineer, contract manager and management member for multinational companies such as Samsung Aerospace Ind. Co., Ltd of Seoul, Korea (now Korea Aerospace Ind.) and Uriel Systems, Inc., a Nextel company in Palo Alto, CA and Fairfax, VA over 15 years.
