Several Sughrue Attorneys Named to the 2026 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists

Managing Partner John Rabena and Partner Bill Mandir have been recognized on the 2026 Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers list. The distinction is awarded to no more than 5% of attorneys in the jurisdiction each year.
The firm also recognizes Meiling Chen Low, a partner at Sughrue, on her fifth consecutive inclusion to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars List (2021–2026). The Rising Stars list recognizes outstanding up-and-coming attorneys and is limited to no more than 2.5% of eligible attorneys in the jurisdiction.
