Analysis of a patent litigation case between Fujifilm v. Motorola (3:12-cv-03587-WHO. Fujifilm Corp v. Motorola Mobility LLC et al.) and inside story about the case (e.g., how to select patents-at-suit, making infringement contention arguments, working with experts, etc.). The attached is a public version of my presentation. But, in this public version, I had to remove most of the slides that I presented during the seminar because those references contained some non-public information.
