We are pleased to announce our next Lecture Lunch session, where Soumya Panda, with Sughrue Mion will present an insightful discussion on the Federal Circuit decision in United Services Automobile Association v. PNC Bank. The lecture presentation will focus on (i) how a lack of disclosure in the specification resulted in an invalidation of the claims under 35 U.S.C. § 101; and (ii) how features in the specification cannot be imported to the claims to overcome invalidation under 35 U.S.C. § 101.
