Yejin has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to electrical and computer engineering technologies before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as experience in counseling clients in various aspects of patent portfolio management. She has a broad exposure in a variety of technology areas, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies, wearable electronic devices, Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) technologies, standard communication protocols, digital signal processing, electrical circuits, mobile/smartphone applications, battery charging systems for automobiles, and semiconductors.
Prior to joining the firm, Yejin worked as a Korean patent attorney at Samsung Electronics Co., LTD. There she was responsible for developing and overseeing prosecution of patent applications for Samsung Electronics Co., LTD. Yejin also practiced at Korean and US intellectual property law firms.
