Stuart practices in all areas of patent law with an emphasis on counseling clients on intellectual property matters, preparing and prosecuting patents, infringement and validity opinions, patent litigation, and due diligence. Stuart’s practice includes technology areas such as video coding (MPEG and HEVC), wireless networking/communications, DRM, display devices, EPG, medical imaging technologies, wearable devices, and food processing equipment. Specific areas of practice before the PTO include reissue, reexamination, and IPR.  In addition, Stuart speaks fluent Korean.
