Biography

Bobby is a patent attorney with the firm’s electrical/mechanical group whose capabilities include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications across a variety of industries, focusing on electrical and mechanical technologies. He has prior experience with mechanical devices, bank payment software systems, medical devices, optical/laser amplification systems, and electrical components, along with conducting prior art landscape searches and prosecuting international patent applications.

Bobby enjoys being involved in the community both professionally and personally. He has served as the Pro Bono Liaison for the Florida Bar Intellectual Property Committee, has spoken at the Florida Bar IP Symposium, and is an Eagle Scout.

Not a member of the DC Bar.  Supervised by members of the DC Bar. Practice limited to matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
