Sughrue is pleased to announce that our partner, Sujin Park, has been elected as the 8th President of the Korean American Intellectual Property Bar Association (KAIPBA). The KAIPBA was founded in 2007, representing intellectual property attorneys of Korean heritage in the United States primarily in Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The organization seeks to provide a wide network of Korean American IP lawyers and bar members in the United States and serve as a liaison to Korea-based counterpart IP organizations including the Korean Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA) and the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO). Sujin also served as a Vice President of the association from 2017 – 2020. Please join us in congratulating Sujin’s new position at the KAIPBA!
