Mike practices in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution, rendering opinions on patentability, infringement, and validity, including freedom to operate and product clearance analysis, as well as on the litigation of intellectual property matters, including reexamination practice.

Mike prepares and prosecutes patent applications relating to the chemical and mechanical arts, including petrochemicals, biofuels, pharmaceuticals, polymers, medical devices, rubber compositions, semiconductor materials, photoresist formulations and applications, display devices, glass compositions, ink jet recording compositions and methods, conductive films, and magnetic recording media.
