Hui Chen Wauters

Hui is a member of firm's chemical/pharmaceutical practice group. She has extensive experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications, appeals, and writing opinions relating to patentability, infringement and freedom-to-operate. Hui's work covers a broad range of technologies, such as semiconductor devices, LEDs, electrodes, secondary batteries, pharmaceuticals, imaging materials, inks, biofuels, automotive gas sensors, alloys, fluorinated protective coatings, polymers, fluororubbers, food compositions, and medical devices. Hui serves as a vice-chair of the AIPLA IP Practice in the Far East Committee, and she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
