Aiyda is an associate in the chemical patent and biotechnology/pharmaceutical practice groups.  Aiyda focuses her practice on patent infringement litigation in Federal Courts, particularly patent infringement actions arising under 35 U.S.C. 272(e)(2) (Hatch-Waxman litigation).  As a registered patent attorney, she also maintains an active patent procurement and counseling practice, particularly in the biomedical field.
