Brianna Christenson is an associate in the trademark practice group. Her practice focuses on helping companies protect and strengthen their brands through strategic trademark counseling, enforcement, and portfolio management.
Brianna advises clients on the selection, clearance, and registration of trademarks in the United States and internationally. She particularly enjoys working with clients at the early stages of brand development, helping them assess risk and develop protection strategies that support their long-term business goals. Brianna regularly coordinates with foreign counsel to manage global trademark portfolios and ensure consistent protection across multiple jurisdictions.
A significant portion of Brianna’s practice involves trademark enforcement. She assists clients with monitoring and addressing potential infringement, developing enforcement strategies, and representing clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including oppositions and cancellations. Brianna also has experience handling online brand protection matters, including domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and other internet-related enforcement issues.
