Sughrue in conjunction with the University of Akron School of Law will host the 13th Annual Richard C. Sughrue Symposium on IP law in Akron, Ohio on March 21, 2011.  This year's program will include presentations by leading practitioners and academics on the major issues of the day affecting intellectual property law. The featured luncheon speaker will be newly appointed Commissioner for Patents Robert L. Stoll.  

Sughrue partners Alan Kasper will host a panel discussion on "The Supreme Court's Patent Docket" and partner Ken Burchfiel will join a panel discussion on "Implications of Costco on Exhaustion Doctrine".
