Ms. Poormosleh is an associate with Sughrue Mion. She is a member of the firm's Trademark Practice group and specializes in prosecution, counseling, and litigation relating to a wide variety of intellectual property matters. Ms. Poormosleh's practice focuses on trademark use and selection, namely, clearance, prosecution, registration, and maintenance and transfer of trademarks in the United States and worldwide. In addition, she represents clients in inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as domain name matters before WIPO. Ms. Poormosleh also represents clients in litigation before the federal courts in connection with trademark, unfair competition, trade dress, trade secret, domain names, privacy and right of publicity, and advertising. Ms. Poormosleh is fluent in Persian and proficient in French.
