Stuart Lee practices in all areas of patent law with an emphasis on counseling clients on intellectual property matters, preparing and prosecuting patents, infringement and validity opinions, patent litigation, and due diligence. Stuart’s practice includes technology areas such as MPEG coding, scalable video coding, wireless networking/communications, DRM, display devices, EPG and imaging technologies. Specific areas of practice before the PTO include reissue and reexamination practice and accelerated examination applications. In addition, Stuart speaks fluent Korean.
