Sheldon I. Landsman Partner

Mr. Landsman specializes in patent-related matters in the complex chemical and chemical engineering arts. Working with a variety of clients, the former U.S. Patent Office Examiner renders opinions regarding patentability, validity and infringement and prepares and prosecutes patent applications. In addition, he has been extensively involved in litigation before state and federal courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission; interference and appeal proceedings before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences; and appellate proceedings before various courts including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
