Sughrue will sponsor its first Inaugural Robert Shaw International Intellectual Property Symposium in Concord, New Hampshire on April 25, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The symposium will be held at the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law’s new Innovative Intellectual Property Center. The event will focus on the effects of AIA on both domestic and international companies and feature distinguished speakers from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Professors, In-house Counsel, prominent government officials and distinguished practitioners from around the world.
The symposium was named and dedicated in the memory of the late Professor Robert Shaw, founder of the world renown Franklin Pierce Law Center Patent Practice Program.
