Mr. Webner's practice encompasses all phases of trademark, unfair competition, trade secret and copyright law. He is an active trial lawyer of intellectual property rights and represents clients in adopting, clearing, registering, licensing and defending their intellectual property rights . Mr. Webner has represents clients in a wide variety of fields from the clothing industry, to the hotel - casino industry, to entertainers, to shoe manufacturers, to retailers, to restaurants to food producers.  Mr. Webner has been named, through peer review, as one of the top 25 trademark lawyers in the world in each issue of the Euromoney Legal Media Group's  "Best of the Best"  Expert Guide - a guide to top legal practitioners across eleven areas of law and in each issue of the Euromoney Legal Media Group's  Guide To The World's Leading Experts In Trademark Law.  He appears in Who's Who Legal for trademark practitioners and was named as one of the best intellectual property lawyers in Washington D.C. in   Washingtonian Magazine's 2007 and 2009 peer review list of "Top" lawyers.

Mr. Webner has been an adjunct professor of law at Catholic University's Columbus School of law, Georgetown University Law Center and Howard University School of  Law. He is a frequent speaker at Bar forums, and CLE and INTA seminars.
