Mr. Wallerson's practice includes preparation and prosecution of foreign and domestic patent applications, rendering opinions on patentability, validity and infringement in matters pertaining to the electrical and mechanical arts, and consulting with inventors to obtain the optimal protection for their intellectual property.

Mr. Wallerson worked as a patent examiner for close to ten years and has a wealth of experience in the electrical and mechanical arts.  He has worked in technologies such as image processing; facsimile; printing; television and displays.  Prior to his stint at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Wallerson worked at the Goddard Space Flight Center as a Test Engineer for the Hubble Space Telescope project.
