Jody was named among the Top 15 IP attorneys in Washington by Legal Times in its 2003 "Leading Lawyers" series and was named one of the top trademark attorneys by Washingtonian Magazine 2009. Jody has also been selected by the editors of Euromoney Magazine as one of the leading trademark experts in the United States and was also selected to appear in the International Who's Who of Trademark Lawyers.
