Mr. Lehnigk specializes in prosecuting patent applications in electrical and mechanical fields, in preparing opinions on patent validity and infringement, as well as prosecuting ex parte reexaminations and reissue applications. His activities also include supervising and training patent attorneys, client counseling and assisting clients and colleagues with pre-litigation strategy issues. His extensive experience in European culture and fluency in the German language have allowed Mr. Lehnigk to focus his energies largely on an expanding European client base, which ranges from corporations with an established international presence to smaller enterprises embarking on their first venture into the international patent arena.
