Falk Ewers

Falk Ewers, a native German speaker, is an attorney in the firm's Electrical Mechanical practice group and a member of the European competence team at Sughrue. Falk focuses on drafting and prosecuting applications directed to telecommunications, distributed and wireless networking, computer software and hardware design, digital signal processing, semiconductor devices, antenna systems, Internet technologies and mechanical arts.

Born in Germany, Falk received his B.S and M.S. degrees from the Technische Universität Berlin. Falk has experience as a system planner and team manager at Bankgesellschaft Berlin, where he participated in design, installation and maintenance of a complex computer network for the Bank’s trading center.

Falk received his Law degree from the Freie Universität Berlin, where he developed his interest in U.S. Law. As a legal intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers Veltins Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Falk conducted legal research and drafted memoranda analyzing technical and legal aspects of IT projects. Falk continued his legal education at the George Washington University Law School where he obtained his LL.M. degree.
