Mr. Turner, a former Examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, represents domestic and foreign clients in all phases of intellectual property law. His experience includes all matters involving patent prosecution, infringement and validity opinions, litigation and venture capital due diligence. He is an adviser to computer, optical and electrical equipment manufacturers regarding aspects of U.S. patent and trade regulation law and in conducting licensing negotiations, infringement and validity investigations, litigation and venture capital acquisitions. He worked in Japan from 1981 to 1983 and in 1988 returned to head the firm's Tokyo office until 1991.
