Mr. Hyndman's focus is on the protection and enforcement of high tech intellectual property rights, especially in computer software, including software-implemented business methods. He also has industry experience in networks, telecommunications, and software engineering. His legal experience includes patent litigation; patent application preparation and prosecution; patentability, validity, and infringement opinions; patent interference; patent appeals to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences; and patent appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
