This conference will focus on new methods and strategies for securing intellectual property; assessing values of IP portfolios; commercializing IP portfolios for maximum returns; protecting trade secrets and fighting cyber squatters.
Sughrue Partner, Joseph Bach, will offer insight on patent valuations. Joseph Bach is a partner in the firm's Silicon Valley office. He has more than a decade of legal experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution and litigation. Mr. Bach has developed methodologies for, and counseled clients on, efficiently building and managing effective patent portfolios. Mr. Bach has successfully handled and managed cases in a broad range of technologies and has litigation experience before the ITC and federal courts. Mr. Bach was formerly Senior Director of Intellectual Property for Applied Materials, the world’s largest supplier of products to the global semiconductor industry.
The conference will be held April 20th - 21st in Shanghai.
