Sughrue partner, Alan Kasper, joined the Honorable Judge Randall Rader of the CAFC and Professor Martin J. Adelman as key speakers at this year’s Japan Symposium on Intellectual Property. The conference focused on the latest U.S. Intellectual Property Trends. Specifically, the speakers addressed recent developments in IP Law as it pertained to the patent amendment bill currently before Congress and recent cases including Phillips v. AWH Corporation, Hopeman Brothers, Inc., and Lofton Corporation.
