Jennifer M. Hayes is a partner at Sughrue Mion, PLLC. Mrs. Hayes’ practice includes all phases of patent prosecution including, preparing and prosecuting original patent applications, reissue applications and applications for patent term extension and patent term adjustment. She also advises clients on patentability, patent validity, patent infringement and due diligence matters. Mrs. Hayes’ practice also involves issues relating to the Hatch Waxman Act and analysis of ANDA related issues.
Mrs. Hayes practices in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnological arts, and in particular the areas relating to small molecule drugs, pharmaceutical compositions, dosage forms, methods of treatment, cosmetics, foods, medical devices, organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, adhesives, packaging materials, plastics, laminates, and photographic
chemistry.
